Report a Concern

Who can report?

• Students
• Staff
• Visitors
• Members of the public
• Employers

You can report if you:

• Experienced unacceptable behaviour.
• Witnessed an incident.
• Are reporting on behalf of someone else (with their knowledge).

Incidents can be reported no matter where they happened — on campus, placements, workplace, or elsewhere.

Report Monitoring

• Mon - Thu: 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Fri: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Closed on bank holidays and during University closures (e.g. Christmas).

Confidentiality & Anonymity

Reports are kept confidential within relevant University departments and information is only shared externally if required by law. Decide how you'd like to report:

With your contact details

• An Adviser will contact you within 3 working days.
• This is not a formal complaint - just an opportunity to explore support and options.

Anonymously

• We cannot contact you or provide support.
• Your report helps us understand issues and take action but does not start disciplinary or complaints processes.
• Please include all relevant details, as we cannot request more information.
• You may submit another report later with your contact details if you change your mind.
